Farm & Mobile Welding in Clayton and Kenton, Delaware
Clayton is one of our closest towns, only about 8 miles, or 15 minutes, south of our Townsend shop. Kenton is about 14 miles, or 25 minutes. This is farm country on the north end of Kent County, and when something breaks in the middle of planting or harvest, being close matters.

Farms, Families and Hunting Season
Poultry and grain farms on Route 6 and Route 300
Poultry houses and grain operations are tough on metal. We repair feed and house equipment, augers, grain bins and wagons, implements, loader buckets and hitches, and the mobile rig drives right out to the farm so you don't lose a day hauling equipment.
Trailers and hitches for families near Blackbird State Forest
Between Clayton and Blackbird State Forest, plenty of families have utility trailers, camper hitches and horse trailers. We fix tongues, frames, jacks, ramps and hitch mounts, and our free trailer safety checklist helps you spot problems before they become roadside breakdowns.
See Trailer Repair.
Kenton and Hartly hunting land
Before the season opens, we repair ATV racks, hitch carriers, truck racks and the trailers that haul gear in and out of the woods.
See Custom Fabrication.
Clayton is only about 15 minutes from the shop, so smaller parts are quickest to drop off. For equipment that can't move, the mobile rig comes to the farm.
Clayton has grown a lot, with new neighborhoods going up alongside the older homes and farms. Newer homeowners call us for gates, railings, fire pits and trailer hitches, while farm families call about equipment that's been in the family for decades. Older equipment often has parts that aren't made anymore, and Rick can fabricate a replacement bracket or mount from scratch.
