DOT Repairs
We do DOT repairs on commercial trucks. If your truck was written up for a cracked frame, a broken bumper or a damaged bracket, we weld the repair so you can get it back in front of your inspector. Rick does the welding; the inspection and sign-off are done by your inspector.
At Your Yard or Jobsite
Our mobile rig carries everything needed for MIG, TIG and stick welding, cutting and fabrication, so most truck repairs are done where the truck sits: your yard, the jobsite or the lot. Do you do DOT inspections?
No. We do the repair welding on frames, bumpers, beds and brackets. The inspection itself is done by your inspector.
Can you fix a cracked frame rail?
Yes. The crack is ground out to clean metal, welded and reinforced with a plate where it needs it. Send photos and Rick will tell you what it needs.
Can you replace a dump bed floor?
Floor sections can be cut out and new plate welded in. Send photos from inside the bed and from underneath.
Do you come to our yard?
Yes. Most truck repairs are done on site with the mobile rig. 24/7 emergency mobile service is available.
Do you paint after the repair?
We can prime and paint. Ask when you call.
